The role includes onboarding support, client reporting, and maintaining fund documentation with precision, while building strong relationships through proactive communication and a deep understanding of fund products and operations.

Qualifications

• 4 - 7 years working within private wealth management in a client service and/or operational capacity

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for institutional clients, providing responsive and high-touch service.
• Manage client inquiries, account requests, and operational issues while coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Prepare and distribute client reporting, performance updates, and fund-related documentation with a high degree of accuracy.
• Support investor onboarding, subscriptions/redemptions, KYC/AML processes, and ongoing account maintenance.
• Build strong client relationships through proactive communication, attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of fund products and operations.
