Qualifications

• 2+ years of HVAC installation or service experience.
• EPA 608 Certification required.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Proficient in diagnosing and repairing diverse HVAC systems.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, refrigeration, and mechanical systems.
• Able to work independently and manage field time effectively.
• Customer-focused with strong communication skills.

• Install residential and commercial HVAC systems, including split systems, package units, and ductwork


• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment


• Perform routine preventative maintenance on HVAC systems


• Ensure all work meets local codes, safety standards, and manufacturer specifications


• Communicate clearly with customers regarding system issues, repairs, and recommendations


• Maintain service vehicles, tools, and equipment in proper working order


• Complete service reports and job documentation accurately and in a timely manner

Requirements
