Qualifications

• Strong background in mechanics.
• Above average communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with installers/professional customers to develop sales relationships.
• Takes customer orders over the phone and online, invoices orders, and directs delivery scheduling.
• Ensure delivery vehicles are serviced and maintained according to company standards.
• Ensure timely completion of vehicle inspections and daily mileages are entered.
• Collaborate with Sales Specialists/Territory Sales Managers to provide superior service.
• Verify product/merchandise, including warranty parts, are billed before customers leave.
• Ensure new cores and warranty returns are picked up and credited promptly.
• Audit returns for warranty abuse and tag/label correctly.
• Assist on front or retail counter as needed.
• Help with backroom duties and stock as needed.
• Assist with customer labor claims to process quickly.
• All other duties as assigned.
