Responsibilities

• Develop sales relationships with installers and professional customers.
• Take orders by phone/online, invoice orders, pick and stage parts for delivery, and route delivery staff to ensure timely orders.
• Ensure delivery vehicles are serviced and maintained per company standards.
• Complete vehicle inspections and input daily mileage into fleet systems.
• Collaborate with Sales Specialists/Territory Sales Managers to provide superior service to professionals.
• Verify all product/merchandise and warranty parts are billed before customers leave the store.
• Ensure customers’ cores and warranty returns are picked up and credited promptly.
• Audit returns for warranty abuse and ensure proper tagging.
• Assist on front and retail counters and help with backroom duties.
• Assist with customer labor claims, ensuring they are processed quickly.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Position Overview

The Installer Service Specialist is an experienced and technical parts specialist who services the needs of professional customers through the store’s installer counter. This position will oversee and direct the daily activity of the delivery specialist to ensure customers receive accurate and timely order deliveries. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.

Compensation

Pay Range: $17.81 – $24.40 per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation includes annual, quarterly performance, or premiums that may be paid in amounts ranging per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Responsibilities

• Work with installers/professional customers to develop sales relationships.
• Take customer orders over the phone and online, invoice orders, pick and stage parts for delivery, and route delivery specialists to ensure customers receive their orders in a consistent and timely manner.
• Ensure delivery vehicles are serviced and maintained according to company standards.
• Complete vehicle inspections on time and input daily mileage into delivery fleet management devices.
• Collaborate with Sales Specialists/Territory Sales Managers to provide superior service to professional customers.
• Verify all product/merchandise, including warranty parts and cores, are billed before customers leave the store.
• Ensure customers’ new core and warranty returns are picked up and credited in a timely manner.
• Audit customer returns for warranty abuse and verify all returns are tagged and labeled correctly.
• Assist on front counter and retail counter as needed, and help with backroom duties such as auto‑load, returns, stock, and other tasks.
• Assist with customer labor claims, ensuring they are processed quickly and efficiently.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
