Qualifications

• Strong background in mechanics is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales relationships with installers/professional customers.
• Process customer orders quickly and accurately via phone and online.
• Oversee and direct daily activities of the delivery specialist.
• Ensure delivery vehicles are serviced and maintained.
• Audit customer returns for warranty abuse.
