O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Installer Service Specialist to serve professional customers at the installer counter. The role oversees daily activity of the delivery team to ensure accurate, on-time deliveries and strong customer relationships.

Qualified candidates will have a solid mechanics background, strong communication skills, and ASE certification; Spanish language ability is highly desired for the role.

• Strong background in mechanics.
• Above average communication skills.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).
• ASE Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist installers/professional customers to build sales relationships.
• Process orders quickly by phone and online; invoice, pick and stage parts for delivery.
• Coordinate with delivery specialists to ensure timely deliveries.
