Job summary

HouseSmart Construction, a new division within Clayton Homes, is hiring an Installer I. This full-time, outdoor position offers on-site training and no prior experience required. You’ll work with a crew to prep homes, handle tools, and assist with site setup and basic masonry under homes.

You’ll join a growing team with access to company benefits and opportunities for growth within the Clayton ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Able to work outdoors and with your hands.
• Comfortable climbing ladders and crawling under homes.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with setting up manufactured homes and removing protective wrap.
• Unload, organize tools and materials; help team at the site.
• Travel to home sites and support various construction activities.
• Assist with pier construction and minor masonry under homes.
