Job summary

ZINTEX Remodeling Group is hiring experienced shower and bath installers in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. This is a 1099 contractor opportunity for installers who are already set up with their own truck and tools. Our jobs are pre-sold and scheduled, with local production support to keep projects moving.

Installers can expect strong earning potential: averaging $2,500–$3,000 weekly for two jobs per week, or $4,000–$4,500 for three jobs. Weekly pay every Friday, no chasing leads, and no bidding.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of bathroom remodeling, home renovation, or home repair experience.
• Hands-on plumbing skills, including valves, fixtures, drains, PEX, or related bathroom plumbing.
• Your own truck, enclosed trailer, box truck, or full-size van capable of transporting materials.
• Your own installation tools and equipment.
• Ability to complete professional work inside occupied homes.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 100 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and clean finish work.
• Professional communication with homeowners.
• Business insurance or willingness to obtain it if selected.

Responsibilities

• Install acrylic shower and tub remodels from tear-out to final caulk.
• Complete shower and tub tear-outs and surround installations.
• Install shower pans, bathtubs and tub-to-shower conversions.
• Perform plumbing valve, PEX and drainage work.
• Finish drywall and trim; ensure clean, professional results.
• Work on occupied homes with respect to homeowners.

ZINTEX Remodeling Group is hiring experienced shower and bath installers in the DFW area. We are looking for skilled installers who can complete acrylic shower and tub remodels from tear-out to final caulk line.

This is a 1099 contractor opportunity for installers who are already set up with their own truck with enclosed trailer or full-size van, and tools. Individual installers and small crews are welcome.

Our jobs are pre-sold, scheduled, and supported by our local production team. No chasing leads. No bidding. No cold calling. You focus on installing.

Earning Potential

Experienced installers completing 2 jobs per week can average $2,500–$3,000 weekly.

Installers capable of completing 3 jobs per week can average $4,000–$4,500 weekly.

We pay every Friday for completed work.
