Job summary

Zintex Remodeling Group is hiring an Acrylic Shower/Bath Installer to perform accurate installations at customers' homes. This 1099 contractor role requires you to bring your own truck, trailer, and tools to transport materials and complete projects efficiently.

You will demo and replace tubs/showers, install valves, PEX, fixtures, and may handle vinyl flooring and minor drywall. A solid construction background, reliability, and neat workmanship are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 2+ years of carpentry, construction or in-home renovation experience.
• Ability to measure accurately with tape measure and level.

Responsibilities

• Demo/replace tub or shower and install all new acrylic surrounds.
• Install plumbing valves, PEX, fixtures, and any flooring as needed.
• Maintain a professional attitude and respect customer's property on site.
• Document work with photos and complete required paperwork.

Projects may also include new luxury vinyl flooring, cabinets, countertops, some drywall work/repair - so Installers must have a well rounded construction background.· Adhere to all ZINTEX Remodeling Group's installation standards and procedures while doing installations and providing services.· Maintain a pleasant and professional attitude when dealing with customers.· Respect customers' property and leave the work area clean.· Always maintain a professional appearance when on a project in our customer's home.· Inform customers about the functionality, care and upkeep of their new tub/shower.· Accurately complete and submit all necessary paperwork and photos.#ZTXBG· Possess a high school diploma, general education degree (GED) or equivalent education.· Possess 2+ years of carpentry, trim carpentry, construction or in-home renovation experience with the ability to take accurate measurements using tape measure, level & combination square.· Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and maintain a good driving record. *· Basic plumbing knowledge preferred. * *· Ability to use power tools (drill, jigsaw, etc.). *· Ability to lift and/or push and/or pull up to 100 pounds.· Possess the ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure.· Possess the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.· Possess reasoning ability enabling you to understand and carry out detailed written, illustrated or oral instructions.· Problem solver.· Personal Enclosed Trailer preferred; but not required.· Work Independently· Solid work ethic.Experience with one the following is a plus:· Carpentry· Ceramic tile· Floor coverings· Light plumbing· General remodeling
