ZINTEX Remodeling Group is seeking experienced acrylic shower and bath installers in the Southern Mississippi area to join a 1099 independent contractor team. The role focuses on completing high-quality bathroom remodels from tear-out through finish, with supplied pre-sold projects and local support.

Installers must bring their own truck and tools and can expect performance-based earnings. We offer consistent project volume, weekly pay, and strong earning potential for skilled installers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of bathroom remodeling, home renovation, or home repair experience.
• Own transportation (truck, enclosed trailer, or van) and installation tools.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
• Professional communication with homeowners and production staff.

Responsibilities

• Perform tear-outs and demolition of existing tubs, showers, and wet areas.
• Install acrylic shower and bath wall systems.
• Install shower pans, bathtubs, surrounds, and related wet-area products.
• Complete tub-to-shower conversions.
• Maintain a clean and respectful workspace inside occupied homes.
• Deliver high-quality work following installation standards and documentation.

Installers do not have to chase leads, bid jobs, or sell projects.
