Job summary

Onni Group in Los Angeles is seeking an Installer – Advanced Solutions to install and configure GreyOwl.ai hardware and software. You will set up cameras, IoT sensors, access control, and edge devices at client sites, ensuring full functionality and client-specific integration.

This role requires 2+ years in field service or low‑voltage installation, strong cabling and networking skills, fiber optic experience, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in field service, low-voltage installation, or technical support.
• Experience with low-voltage cabling, fiber optics, and structured cabling.
• Familiarity with networking (routers, switches, wireless APs, IP configurations, VLANs).
• Certifications (Preferred): Low-voltage (BICSI, FOA), CCNA/CompTIA Network+ is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure GreyOwl.ai hardware and software at client sites.
• Set up, test, and troubleshoot AI-driven devices, sensors, servers, and networking components.
• Assemble and install cameras, IoT sensors, access control, and monitoring devices.
• Run, terminate, test low-voltage cabling and fiber optic cabling; manage structured cabling.
• Configure network devices and integrate AI analytics with client infrastructure.
• Provide on-site and remote support, diagnostics, and troubleshooting.
