Job summary

HomeTeam Pest Defense is seeking a dedicated Installer in Charleston, SC, to join our field team. You will follow a daily schedule, arrive on time to each job site, and install the Taexx System in new homes along with performing termite treatments for homeowners and builders.

We provide full training, a pristine uniform, and a vehicle to work with, plus a strong focus on customer service. Expect to maintain licensure, attend seminars, and advance with the company as you grow.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training will be provided.
• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Ability to obtain termite technician or pest control licensing (company paid).

Responsibilities

• Follow a daily schedule, ensuring timely arrival at each job site.
• Install the Taexx System in new homes and buildings within scheduled route.
• Perform termite treatment services and interact with homebuilders, sub-contractors and field managers to meet deadlines.
• Submit legible, clear and accurate service tickets to office personnel.
• Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners on your route.
• Present a professional, tidy appearance, including your company truck, equipment, and uniform.
• Maintain your pest control license and keep knowledge sharp by attending pest control seminars regularly.
• Stay motivated and focused while you work independently.
• Must be able to work Saturdays to complete installs according to builder home completion timelines as needed.
