Job summary

HomeTeam Pest Defense is hiring an Installer (Construction) to install the Taexx pest-control system in new homes and buildings on a scheduled route. The role emphasizes delivering excellent customer service, maintaining a professional appearance, and coordinating with builders and field managers to meet deadlines.

No prior pest control experience is required as training will be provided; a valid driver's license and the ability to obtain pest licensing are required.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training will be provided.
• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Ability to obtain termite technician or pest control licensing (company paid)

Responsibilities

• Follow a daily schedule, ensuring timely arrival at each job site.
• Install the Taexx System in new homes and buildings within scheduled route.
• Perform termite treatment services and interact with homebuilders, sub-contractors and field managers to meet deadlines.
• Responsible for submitting legible, clear and accurate service tickets to office personnel.
• Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners every day as you work your route.
• Present a professional, tidy appearance, including your company truck, equipment, and uniform.
• Maintain your pest control license and keep your knowledge sharp by attending pest control seminars regularly.
• Stay motivated and focused while you work independently.
• Must be able to work Saturdays to complete installs according to builder home completion timelines as needed

As a HomeTeam Installer, you can expect to:

• Follow a daily schedule, ensuring timely arrival at each job site
• Install the Taexx System in new homes and buildings within scheduled route

Minimum Requirements:
