Job summary

THE·TEAM is seeking a signage and graphics installer to install signage, vinyl graphics, and visual displays across indoor and outdoor environments. You will visit sites, take measurements, and ensure installations meet client specifications and quality standards.

The role requires driving to worksites, coordinating with designers and project managers, and adhering to safety protocols while maintaining organized records of materials and work performed.

Qualifications

About the Role

A signage and graphics installer ensures that businesses and organisations effectively communicate their messages through visually appealing and professionally installed signage. The role involves installing various types of signs, graphics, and visual displays in both indoor and outdoor environments. It combines technical skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of materials and installation techniques, requiring coordination with designers, project managers, and other team members. The role supports THE·TEAM's global live event operations across sports, music, and entertainment.

Key Responsibilities

• Install custom signage, vinyl graphics, wallpaper, acrylic lettering, perforated window vinyl, banners, and other visual displays.
• Visit sites to assess the location, understand client requirements, and take measurements.
• Monitor the quality of projects with close attention to detail.
• Travel to and from installation worksites.
• Maintain neat and orderly worksites and trucks.
• Work around installation schedules.
• Accurately measure and place graphics prior to installation.
• Coordinate with designers, project managers, and other team members to ensure seamless project execution.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
• Maintain detailed records of installations, including specifications, materials used, and any issues encountered.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Well versed in different types of installs and knowledgeable about materials and hardware.
• Valid driver's licence (required).
• Ability to operate lifts.
• Ability to operate hand tools, drills, and saws.
• Team player with the ability to take direction from the Install Manager or Install Lead.
• Computer literacy.
• Ability to read a ruler.
• Creative in problem solving.
• Strong organisational skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and be flexible.
• Maintain punctual and reliable attendance.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

• 2+ years of previous industry experience (a plus but not required).
• CDL (a plus).
