Job summary

Bridgetown Window & Door in Portland, OR is hiring an experienced installer to handle window and door replacements from start to finish. You’ll remove existing units, prep openings, perform finish carpentry, and ensure craftsmanship aligns with project specs.

We offer a starting wage of $28 per hour for full-time work, along with benefits including health coverage, paid time off, disability coverage, a company-paid life insurance plan, and an ESOP that shares ownership with the team.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Valid Class C driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
  • 2+ years of window and door installation, finish carpentry, or related construction experience.
  • Experience using hand and power tools.
  • Ability to read installation instructions, blueprints, and job specifications.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and craftsmanship.
  • Ability to lift up to 100 lbs occasionally and work on ladders or in confined spaces.
  • Dependable, adaptable, and team-oriented mindset.
  • Pass a pre-employment physical and drug test.

Responsibilities
