Job summary

Bridgetown Window & Door in Portland, OR is seeking a full-time installer to install replacement windows and doors from start to finish, remove existing units, and perform finish carpentry with attention to quality.

You will read installation instructions and blueprints, use hand and power tools safely, lift up to 100 lbs, and work Mon–Fri 7:30 AM–5:00 PM, with a benefits package including medical, dental and vision insurance, ESOP, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, and life insurance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of window/door installation or finish carpentry experience.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and read installation instructions/blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Install replacement windows and doors from start to finish.
• Remove existing windows and doors and prepare openings.
• Perform finish carpentry with attention to detail.
• Use hand and power tools safely.
• Load, unload, and transport materials to job sites as a team.
• Maintain clean, organized job sites and company vehicles.
• Follow installation schedules and safety standards.
• Complete installation paperwork and project documentation.
• Provide professional, courteous service to homeowners.

• Install replacement windows, doors, trim, and related products from start to finish
• Remove existing windows and doors and prepare openings for installation

• Load, unload, and transport materials to and from job sites as part of a team
• Maintain clean, organized job sites and company vehicles

• Provide professional, courteous service to homeowners throughout the project

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid Class C driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record.
• 2+ years of window and door installation, finish carpentry, or related construction experience.
• Experience using hand and power tools.
• Ability to read installation instructions, blueprints, and job specifications.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and craftsmanship.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs occasionally and work on ladders or in confined spaces.
• Dependable, adaptable, and team-oriented mindset
• Pass a pre-employment physical and drug test.
