HomeTeam Pest Defense, Inc. in Florida is hiring an Installer (Construction) to install the Taexx System in new homes and buildings along a scheduled route, while delivering excellent customer service.

No experience is required – training will be provided; you must be 18+ with a valid driver's license and be able to obtain termite technician licensing paid by the company. This role offers competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Follow a daily schedule, ensuring timely arrival at each job site.
• Install the Taexx System in new homes and buildings within scheduled route.
• Perform termite treatment services and interact with homebuilders, sub-contractors and field managers to meet deadlines.
• Submit legible, clear and accurate service tickets to office personnel.
• Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners every day as you work your route.
• Present a professional, tidy appearance, including your company truck, equipment, and uniform.
• Maintain your pest control license and keep knowledge sharp by attending pest control seminars.
• Stay motivated and focused while you work independently.
• Must be able to work Saturdays to complete installs according to builder home completion timelines as needed.
