Job summary

HomeTeam is hiring an Installer to join our field team in Houston, TX. You will follow a daily schedule, arrive on time at each job site, and install the Taexx System in new homes and buildings.

You’ll perform termite treatment services and interact with homebuilders, subcontractors and field managers to meet deadlines. You should be customer-focused, present a professional appearance, maintain your pest control license, and attend seminars to keep your knowledge sharp.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 with a high school diploma or GED.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Ability to obtain termite technician or pest control licensing (company paid).

Responsibilities

• Follow a daily schedule and arrive on time at each job site.
• Install the Taexx System in new homes and buildings within the scheduled route.
• Perform termite treatment services and interact with homebuilders, subcontractors and field managers to meet deadlines.
• Submit legible, clear and accurate service tickets to office personnel.
• Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners on your route.
• Present a professional, tidy appearance, including your company truck, equipment and uniform.
• Maintain your pest control license and keep your knowledge sharp by attending pest control seminars.
• Stay motivated and focused while you work independently.
• Must be able to work Saturdays to complete installs as needed.

• Must be able to work Saturdays to complete installs according to builder home completion timelines as needed

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

• No experience required – training will be provided!
• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Ability to obtain termite technician or pest control licensing (company paid)
