Job summary

At HomeTeam Pest Defense, Inc. in Houston is seeking an Installer (Construction) to install the Taexx System in new homes along a defined route.

You will perform termite treatment services, interact with homebuilders and field managers, and provide excellent customer service while presenting a professional image. Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to obtain termite/pest control licensing; training is provided.

Qualifications

• No experience required – training will be provided.
• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Ability to obtain termite technician or pest control licensing (company paid).

Responsibilities

• Follow a daily schedule, ensuring timely arrival at each job site.
• Install the Taexx System in new homes and buildings within scheduled route.
• Perform termite treatment services and interact with homebuilders, sub-contractors and field managers to meet deadlines.
• Submit legible, clear and accurate service tickets to office personnel.
• Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners every day as you work your route.
• Present a professional, tidy appearance, including your company truck, equipment, and uniform.
• Maintain your pest control license and attend pest control seminars regularly.
• Stay motivated and focused while you work independently.
• Must be able to work Saturdays to complete installs according to builder home completion timelines as needed.
