Job summary

HomeTeam Pest Defense, Inc. is hiring an Installer to service homes along a set route. You will install the Taexx System, perform termite treatments, and coordinate with homebuilders and field managers to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Must be 18+ with HS diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain termite license (company paid).

Responsibilities

• Follow daily schedule and arrive at job sites on time.
• Install Taexx System in new homes/buildings within route.
• Perform termite treatments and coordinate with builders, subs, and field managers.
• Submit clear service tickets to office staff.
• Provide excellent customer service to homeowners on route.
• Present a professional appearance with company vehicle and uniform.
• Maintain pest control license and attend seminars to stay sharp.
• Work independently with motivation and focus.
• Be able to work Saturdays as needed to meet timelines.

Responsibilities

As a HomeTeam Installer, you can expect to:

• Follow a daily schedule, ensuring timely arrival at each job site
• Install the Taexx System in new homes and buildings within scheduled route
• Perform termite treatment services and interact with homebuilders, sub-contractors and field managers to meet deadlines
• Responsible for submitting legible, clear and accurate service tickets to office personnel
• Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners every day as you work your route
• Present a professional, tidy appearance, including your company truck, equipment, and uniform
• Maintain your pest control license and keep your knowledge sharp by attending pest control seminars regularly
• Stay motivated and focused while you work independently
• Must be able to work Saturdays to complete installs according to builder home completion timelines as needed

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

• No experience required – training will be provided!
• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Ability to obtain termite technician or pest control licensing (company paid)
