Job summary

American National Insulation is hiring a Journeyman insulation installer in Indianapolis, IN. You will be responsible for installing insulation products and ensuring compliance with project blueprints and safety standards.

The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, physical stamina, and a valid driver’s license for on-site duties. Local travel is expected, and the position is safety sensitive according to company policy.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Install insulation products per project contracts and job-site agreements.
• Read blueprints, measure, mark, cut and fit materials to specified dimensions.
• Insulate, spray, plaster, trowel, seal, cover, wrap, staple and glue insulation materials as directed.
• Review daily work schedule and ensure truck is loaded with products, tools and equipment for the day.
• Complete vehicle safety and job-site inspections and report any safety or quality concerns.
• Maintain a clean work area at all times and unload/stage materials safely.
• Perform any other duties per CBAs as assigned.

Measure, shape, and cut materials to specified measurements.* Insulate, spray, plaster, trowel, seal, cover, wrap, staple, glue and fit insulating/sealant/foam/materials.* Review your daily work schedule and ensure truck is loaded with all product(s), tools and equipment for the day.* Complete vehicle safety and job site inspections.* Safely unload and stage material at job site.* Report safety, customer or quality concerns.* Maintain a clean work area at all times.* Any other duty, task, or responsibilities as assigned per the CBAs.**Your Qualifications*** Minimum of 18 years of age.* If operating a vehicle for Company purposes, a valid drivers’ license is required**THIS IS A SAFETY SENSITIVE POSITION****Travel Requirements**Type of Travel Required: Local; Out of town travel as required.Daily travel to job sites.**Physical Requirements**Able to lift 50 lbs. unassisted to load and unload various products.
