Job summary

American National Insulation is seeking a Journeyman to apply insulation, plaster, sealer and spray materials on job sites in the Sumner, WA area. You will read blueprints, measure, cut and install insulation per project specifications while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, local travel, and compliance with CBAs. A valid drivers license is needed if you operate a vehicle for company purposes, and you must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Install products according to blueprints and job orders.

• Follow CBAs and project labor agreements and adhere to safety standards.

Measure, shape, and cut materials to specified measurements.Insulate, spray, plaster, trowel, seal, cover, wrap, staple, glue and fit insulating/sealant/foam/materials.Review your daily work schedule and ensure truck is loaded with all product(s), tools and equipment for the day.Complete vehicle safety and job site inspections.Safely unload and stage material at job site.Report safety, customer or quality concerns.Maintain a clean work area at all times.Any other duty, task, or responsibilities as assigned per the CBAs.Your QualificationsMinimum of 18 years of age.If operating a vehicle for Company purposes, a valid drivers’ license is requiredTHIS IS A SAFETY SENSITIVE POSITIONTravel RequirementsType of Travel Required: Local; Out of town travel as required.Daily travel to job sites.Physical RequirementsAble to lift 50 lbs. unassisted to load and unload various products.
