Job summary

American National Insulation is seeking a Journeyman to apply insulation, plaster, sealer and spray applications on projects. You will read blueprints, measure and cut materials to spec, and install products in accordance with labor agreements.

You will review daily schedules, ensure the truck is stocked, perform safety inspections, and help maintain a clean site. The role requires travel to local job sites and lifting up to 50 lbs as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years old.
• If operating a vehicle for Company purposes, a valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Practice best insulation techniques and training for insulation, plaster, sealer and spray helpers.
• Install products per CBAs/project labor agreements.
• Understand blueprints and measurements; cut materials to specified sizes.
• Inspect daily work schedule, load truck with materials and tools for the day.
• Complete vehicle safety and job site inspections; unload and stage materials at sites.
• Report safety, customer or quality concerns; maintain a clean work area.
