Job summary

Sunbelt Gated Access Systems of Florida LLC is seeking an Installer to deliver, mount, hook-up, test and implement components purchased by customers at their location. You will assist in repairs and service calls, complete work orders, travel expense reports, and maintain installation supplies and stock, coordinating with the Installation Supervisor and other staff.

Full-time position (40 hours per week) with non-exempt status; ensures customer satisfaction through clear communication and timely

• Timely completion of work orders, travel expense reports, and service department forms
• Assist in the maintenance of the company’s new product inventory, installation supplies and materials stock and maintain such personal installation and materials stock as may be necessary to the performance of the assigned tasks

Job description

The Installer shall be responsible for satisfying the customers definition of value by providing the necessary services to deliver, mount, hook-up, test and implement all the components purchased by the customer. Further the Installer shall provide the necessary support to assure the customers understanding of the implementation of our products and shall perform the necessary tasks to achieve the requisite level of such support.

FLSA STATUS: Non-Exempt

HOURS: Full Time (40 hours per week)
