Carter Lumber is seeking a Construction Project Supervisor for Installed Sales to oversee installations, repairs and remodeling work performed by installers, employees, and subcontractors. Knowledge of building materials, local codes and safe installation practices is essential.

Qualifications

• Prior project management or on-site experience in building materials/construction environments.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and process improvements.
• Ability to solve problems using judgment in analyzing, troubleshooting and evaluating.
• Proficiency in mathematics relevant to field estimates and planning.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to analyze issues and provide actionable recommendations.

Responsabilités

• Schedules and coordinates installed services.
• Analyzes job site with subcontractor prior to beginning of a job.
• Interprets plans to ensure quality installation.
• Oversees subcontractors to keep schedules and complete jobs per contract.
• Provides project status and resolves issues with the Installed Sales Manager.
