Carter Lumber Company in Northeast Ohio is seeking an Installed Sales Construction Project Supervisor to oversee installations by employees and subcontractors. This role requires strong customer service, on-site supervision, and adherence to building codes and safety standards.

You will coordinate schedules, supervise subcontractors, review plans for quality installations, and communicate progress to the Installed Sales Manager.

Formación

• Experience in project management or on-site roles in building materials/construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and process improvements.
• Ability to analyze problems with strong judgment.
• Solid math skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Servicing NE Ohio areas.

Responsabilidades

• Schedules and coordinates installed services.
• Analyzes job sites with subcontractors before starting.
• Interprets plans to ensure quality installation.
• Oversees subcontractor work and keeps schedules.
• Reports project status and escalates issues to Installed Sales Manager.
