Job summary

Carter Lumber Installed Sales is seeking a Construction Project Supervisor to oversee installation, repair and remodeling work performed by installers and subcontractors in NE Ohio. The role emphasizes strong customer service, knowledge of building materials, and adherence to local codes and installation techniques.

Responsibilities include scheduling, coordinating services, evaluating job sites, guiding subcontractors, ensuring quality installations, and reporting progress to the Installed

Qualifications

Previous project management or on-site experience in a building materials/construction environment.
Strong knowledge of construction methods and process improvements.
Ability to solve problems by using strong judgment in analyzing, troubleshooting and evaluating the problem.
Possess strong math skills and strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

Schedule and coordinates installed services.
Analyze job site with subcontractor prior to beginning of a job.
Interpret plans to ensure quality installation.
Oversee subcontractors work to ensure schedules are kept and jobs are completed timely according to contract.
Provide status of projects and resolve issues with the Installed Sales Manager.
