Carter Lumber in NE Ohio is seeking a Construction Project Supervisor to oversee installations, repairs, and remodeling performed by Installers and subcontractors, ensuring quality work and safety.

You will coordinate schedules, review plans with subcontractors, and ensure adherence to contracts, with strong focus on customer service and on-site problem solving.

Experience in project management in building materials is preferred; position requires solid math, communication, and leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management or on-site construction environments.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and process improvements.
• Ability to analyze problems and provide recommendations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedules and coordinates installed services.
• Analyzes job site with subcontractor prior to start.
• Interprets plans to ensure quality installation.
• Oversees subcontractors and ensures timely completion per contract.
• Provides project status and escalates issues to Installed Sales Manager.
