Job summary

You will update records, pre-plan jobs, respond to field questions, and support multiple teams to enhance workflow efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills under pressure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Experience with Wisenbaker processes and Echelon software preferred.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily job schedules and communicate updates with crews and internal teams.
• Verify work orders with notes and materials reserved.
• Coordinate and dispatch installers and cover gaps as needed.
• Respond to questions and guide field teams throughout the day.
• Update and maintain all job records, emails, and status reports.
• Pre-plan upcoming jobs and review workload for the week.
• Support teams to resolve issues and keep workflow efficient.
• Maintain a positive, collaborative team environment.
