Job summary

Wisenbaker Builder Services, Inc. is seeking an Expeditor to manage daily scheduling and execution of cabinet and countertop installs and service calls.

You will coordinate crews, verify materials, and ensure all documentation is accurate to keep projects moving smoothly and installers performing at their best. The role requires strong organizational skills, clear communication, and the ability to adapt in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills under pressure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Experience with Wisenbaker processes and Echelon software preferred.
• Physically able to lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily job schedules and communicate updates with crews and internal teams.
• Verify all work orders have accurate notes and materials reserved.
• Coordinate and dispatch installers for all jobs, including coverage for absences.
• Respond to questions and provide guidance to crews and field teams throughout the day.
• Update and maintain all job records, emails, and status reports for accuracy.
• Pre-plan upcoming jobs and review workload for the week (Look Ahead).
• Support Field, Design, and Service teams to resolve issues and ensure workflow efficiency.
