Summary:
The Installation & Warehouse Manager will manage all aspects of the installation process and warehouse operations. This includes overseeing the comprehensive management of the warehouse, encompassing the building itself, adjacent areas, and all warehouse equipment utilized for day-to-day activities. You will be responsible for developing and managing the installation schedule, ensuring timely and efficient project execution. Additionally, monitor and supervise the installation department personnel, providing guidance and support as needed, while also managing the fleet of vehicles and equipment used for installations. Your role will require effective coordination among team members, maintaining a safe and organized work environment, and ensuring that all operations align with company standards and policies for efficiency and quality.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Delivery Management
• Work with customers to develop the best installation plans in a timely and safe manner.
• Keep open communication with the sales team, service team, and internal equipment ordering team on delivery timelines and startups.
• Manage the delivery schedule to ensure the correct personnel and equipment for each installation project.
• Managing third-party installation subcontractors.
• Other duties as assigned
Personnel Management
• Schedule, review, and manage installation department personnel, monitoring hours worked, vacation schedules, and apparel needed.
• Determine staffing levels in conjunction with the Director of Finance & Operations.
• Manage and review installation department credit card purchases.
• Other duties as assigned
Fleet Management
• Ensure that the delivery vehicles and equipment are in good working order and that repairs are performed promptly.
• Research and be knowledgeable about DOT rules and regulations for the vehicles PAC operates and the states we operate them in.

Warehouse Management
• Receive all equipment into the warehouse, noting any damage that occurred in shipment, and file
the appropriate claim.
• Make sure stock is rotated and equipment is placed neatly in an accessible location.
• Identify and pull equipment before delivery to ensure efficient loading of delivery trucks.
• Organize the warehouse and conduct regular inventory counts.
• Ensure that the forklift(s) are in good working order and repairs are done promptly.

Qualifications
• High school Diploma
• Previous experience in customer service
• Experience in supervising/leading staff members
• Forklift experience.
Physical Demands & Requirements
• Must be able to frequently lift 30-50 pounds and occasionally lift to 100 pounds.
• Must occasionally move about inside the office/warehouse to access file cabinets, office machinery, and parts.
• Must be able to safely and legally operate a forklift to move equipment.
• Must be able to reach, pull, and/or push equipment and parts.
• Must be able to operate machinery that requires arm movements.
• Must be able to ascend/descend a ladder to perform general maintenance duties.
• Must be able to communicate information and ideas so others will understand.
• The ability to observe details at close range.
$55,000 - $65,000 Based on Experience
