Job summary

XPEL is seeking an Installation Support Tech to provide technical support at our brick-and-mortar, mobile, or on-site locations in Houston, TX. The role involves hands-on shop duties and direct assistance with vehicle preparation and delivery.

You will prepare orders, stock film products, transport vehicles, and help with daily tasks and inventory. The position requires reliable driving, physical stamina, and a customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years driving experience and a valid US driver’s license.
• Must maintain insurability under company policy.
• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs and work in a fast-paced shop.

Responsibilities

• Prepare orders.
• Stock shelves with film products.
• Transport vehicles to and from the dealership.
• Keep the shop clean and organized.
• Assist with parts preparation for application.
• Clean/wipe vehicles for application and delivery.
• Assist with day-to-day team tasks.
• Support monthly inventory.
• Keep towels laundered.
• Cut kits.
• Perform final inspections on outgoing vehicles.
• Porter clients as needed.
