Job summary

XPEL, Inc. is seeking an Installation Support Technician to provide hands-on assistance at our storefronts, mobile, or on-site locations. You will prepare orders, stock film, transport vehicles, and assist with daily shop tasks to support installation teams.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license with a clean record, reliability, and the ability to lift up to 45 lbs. Excellent communication is essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare orders and stock shelves for film applications.
• Transport vehicles to and from dealership locations.
• Keep the shop clean and organized and assist with day-to-day tasks.
• Assist with monthly inventory and cut kits for installations.
• Perform final inspections and bubble checks on outgoing vehicles.
• Support team with errands and porter duties as needed.

Job description

As an Installation Support Tech, you will provide technical support at any of our brick and mortar, mobile, or on-site locations.

Core Duties

• Prepare orders
• Stock shelves with various six boxes of film
• Transport vehicles to and from the dealership
• Keep the shop picked up, organized and clean
• Help prepare parts for application
• Clean/wipe down vehicles to prepare them for application and delivery
• Assist the team with day-to-day tasks
• Assist with monthly inventory
• Keep towels laundered
• Cut kits
• Perform final inspections and bubble checks on outgoing vehicles
• Porter clients as needed

Basic Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 18+ years old with 2 years of driving experience
• Must have a current and valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Must meet insurability requirements under the company’s motor vehicle insurance policy
• Ability to comfortably and safely drive high-end vehicles
• Adherence to deadlines
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and dexterity
• Unrestricted work authorization in the US
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Must be able to lift 45 lbs
