Job summary

XPEL, Inc. is seeking an Installation Support Tech to deliver practical technical support across our brick-and-mortar, mobile, or on-site locations.

Core duties include preparing orders, stocking shelves, transporting vehicles to dealership sites, and keeping the shop clean and organized. You will assist with day-to-day tasks, participate in monthly inventory, cut kits, perform final inspections, and act as a porter for clients as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 18+ years old with 2 years of driving experience.
• Must have a current and valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must meet insurability requirements under the company’s motor vehicle insurance policy.
• Ability to comfortably and safely drive high-end vehicles.
• Adherence to deadlines.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and dexterity.
• Unrestricted work authorization in the US.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to lift 45 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support at brick and mortar, mobile, or on-site locations.
• Prepare orders and stock shelves.
• Transport vehicles to and from the dealership.
• Keep the shop organized and clean.
• Assist with day-to-day tasks and inventory.
• Assist with monthly inventory and towels laundering.
• Cut kits and perform final inspections and bubble checks.
• Porter clients as needed.
