Job summary

XPEL, Inc. is seeking an Installation Support Tech to provide on-site, in-store, or mobile technical support across our locations. You will prepare orders, stock shelves, transport vehicles, and help with final inspections and inventory in a fast-paced shop environment.

You must have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license with a clean record, ability to lift 45 lbs, and strong communication with customers and team members. XPEL is an equal opportunity employer.

Job description

Job Summary: As an Installation Support Tech, you will provide technical support at any of our brick and mortar, mobile, or on-site locations.

Core Duties

• Prepare orders
• Stock shelves with various six boxes of film
• Transport vehicles to and from the dealership
• Keep the shop picked up, organized and clean
• Help prepare parts for application
• Clean/wipe down vehicles to prepare them for application and delivery
• Assist the team with day-to-day tasks
• Assist with monthly inventory
• Keep towels laundered
• Cut kits
• Perform final inspections and bubble checks on outgoing vehicles
• Porter clients as needed

Basic Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 18+ years old with 2 years of driving experience
• Must have a current and valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Must meet insurability requirements under the company's motor vehicle insurance policy
• Ability to comfortably and safely drive high-end vehicles
• Adherence to deadlines
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and dexterity
• Unrestricted work authorization in the US
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Must be able to lift 45 lbs
