Closets By Design is seeking a Carpentry/Installer Helper to assist Installers with professional, safe installations of our custom closets and home organization products. Work emphasizes quality, client satisfaction, and efficient installation.

Candidates should have a valid driver’s license, strong communication and organization skills, and readiness for a direct career path to Lead Installer with pay increases. Some tools provided; training and development available.

Qualifications

• Possess and maintain current driver's license with good driving record.
• Closet/garage/office installation experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong personal organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Installers with installation of products in a safe, high-quality, productive, and profitable fashion.
• Demonstrate commitment to client satisfaction by communicating in a genuine, friendly, and professional manner.
• Operate company vehicle, tools, etc. safely.

Requirements
