Job summary

BearCom is seeking an Installation Technician in Troy, MI, responsible for the installation and support of wireless communication systems. This role involves physical installation of cabling and supporting equipment, requiring strong technical skills and physical capability.

Qualifications

• Experience installing CAT 5/6 cable, related support devices, and terminating coaxial cable.
• Able to lift 50 lbs, maneuver into heavy equipment, and work on ladders.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Physical installation of data cabling and associated mounting infrastructure.
• Support commissioning of communications and low voltage systems.
• Perform site walks to determine installation requirements.
