Job summary

VIP, Inc. is seeking an Installation Technician to support tire installation and related services under the supervision of the Service Manager. This non-exempt role emphasizes safe and effective repair and replacement, quality workmanship, and compliance with safety and policy guidelines.

The Installation Technician will contribute to delivering a differentiated customer experience and will work in a team environment to ensure tasks are completed correctly the first time.

• An I.T. is expected to comply with company safety, loss prevention, and customer service programs as well as established policies and procedures and municipal, state, and federal regulations.
