Job summary

Hunter Douglas Retail Lead Network (HD RLN) has an opportunity for an experienced custom window treatment Installer. Schedule and coordinate installation appointments with our customer, conduct measurements when requested, and receive product at your location.

You will professionally represent HD RLN and our retail partners while resolving issues with excellent service. Ideal candidates bring extensive experience with Hunter Douglas blinds, shades and shutters, plus the ability to work

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proven measuring skills.
• Experience installing Hunter Douglas blinds, shades and shutters.
• Experience installing drapery and other soft treatments.
• Possess liability insurance or willingness to obtain.
• Possess state and local licenses.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate installation appointments with customers.
• Conduct complex measurements for products when requested, including shutters.
• Receive product and verify delivery condition.
• Represent HD RLN and retail partners professionally.
• Resolve issues while maintaining excellent customer service.

Schedule and coordinate installation appointment with our customer

• When requested, conduct complex measurements for products; including shutters
• Receive product at your location and verify that all product has arrived in good condition
• Professionally represent HD RLN and our retail partners
• Resolve issues while continuing to provide excellent customer service
