Job summary

AT&T is seeking an Installation Technician to install and activate our state-of-the-art technology at customers’ homes and businesses in Shreveport, LA. You’ll work independently as a trusted expert, meeting new people daily while solving problems and delivering exceptional service.

The role offers the chance to participate in a comprehensive benefits package and ongoing paid training, with typical 40-hour weeks and a flexible schedule that includes evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Possess a valid state driver’s license.
• Lift and move up to 60 lbs; some ladders weigh 50–60 lbs.
• Be able to work in small spaces or aloft (up to 28 ft.).
• Identify wire and cable colors.
• Be available for overtime, emergency calls, and holidays.

• Install and activate the latest technology for high-speed broadband, Wi‑Fi, and voice services at customers’ homes or businesses.
• Provide best-in-class service and elevate the customer experience.
