AT&T in Shreveport, Louisiana is seeking an Installation Technician to install and activate high‑speed broadband, Wi‑Fi, and voice services at customers’ homes and small businesses. You’ll work independently as a trusted expert, solving issues and delivering quality service.

You will have a 40‑hour week with a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, and access to extensive paid training and benefits.

Qualifications

• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
• Must possess a valid state driver's license.
• Ability to lift and move up to 60 lbs and work on ladders.
• Comfort working in tight spaces or at height up to 28 ft.

Responsibilities

• Install and activate high‑speed broadband, Wi‑Fi, and voice services at customers' homes or businesses.
• Provide expert installation and troubleshooting as a trusted technician.
• Complete pre‑employment assessments and adhere to safety protocols.
