Job summary

NuCO2 Inc. is the largest national provider of beverage grade liquid CO2 to the food service and hospitality industry. The company seeks an Entry Level Technician to perform safety inspections on bulk CO2 delivery systems and assist with basic technician tasks along an established route.

The role offers on-the-job training, a company vehicle, uniforms, and a local service territory, making it possible to work close to home while gaining hands-on experience in a growing industry.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or better.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Must pass a pre-employment background check, physical and drug screen.
  • Must have a clean driving record (no accidents or moving violations in last 24 months).

Responsibilities

  • Conduct Bulk Gas Safety Inspections (BGSI's) on bulk CO2 delivery systems.
  • Use handheld device for customer information, inspection results, and communication with location management.
  • Perform basic installations and service activities as needed.

*The schedule for this role is MON through FRI, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.*

NuCO2 is the largest national provider of beverage grade liquid CO2 to the food service and hospitality industry.

We have an immediate need for an Entry Level Technician who is responsible for conducting safety inspections on bulk CO2 delivery systems and performing basic technician activities on an established route.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Conduct Bulk Gas Safety Inspections (BGSI's) on bulk CO2 delivery systems
  • Use handheld device for customer information, inspection results, and communication with assigned location management (depot)
  • Perform basic installations and service activities as needed
WHAT YOU NEED
  • Valid US Driver's license for at least 24 months
  • Be at least 21 years of age
  • Must be able to read, write and speak English
  • Will be required to pass a pre-employment background check, physical and drug screen
  • Must have a clean driving record (no accidents or moving violations in last 24 months)
Backgrounds that transfer well into this role:
  • Cable / telecom field technicians
  • Appliance repair, HVAC helpers, or beverage equipment service
  • General handyman or facilities maintenance
  • Military technical training or trade school graduates
