Installation Technician and Delivery Driver - Class A CDL

Join Henderson Products Inc., located in Kenvil, NJ! We are the North American leader in designing, manufacturing, and upfitting multi-purpose equipment for heavy-duty work trucks, specializing in snow and ice control, and "Keeping America’s Roads Safe!".

Day Shift Hours: Monday – Thursday: 6:00am to 4:30pm, with overtime on Friday. Hours may vary.

How You Will Contribute

This hybrid role involves serving as both an Installation Technician and a Delivery Driver.

As an Installation Technician, your skills will be utilized in the workstation best suited to your expertise. We seek individuals proficient in one or more of the following areas:

• MIG Welding and Fabrication
• Hydraulics
• Electrical systems

Key Responsibilities:

• Installing, servicing, inspecting, and troubleshooting truck builds, ensuring proper upfit, hydraulics, wiring, and electrical components
• Performing diagnostic and repair work
• Reading and interpreting schematics, diagrams, blueprints, and performing shop math

As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods over varying distances, which may occasionally require overnight stays.

• Class A CDL with medical card for interstate transit
• Clean driving record
• Keen attention to detail and commitment to safety

What This Role Needs

• Basic shop math and ability to interpret work instructions, diagrams, and blueprints
• Hand dexterity and knowledge of hand tools
• Willingness to work in a team environment
• Previous manufacturing experience
• Familiarity with welding and assembly processes
• Technical degrees or certifications helpful but not required

Working Conditions

• Ability to lift/push up to 50 lbs.
• Bending, lifting, standing, and exposure to noise, weld, and grinding smoke
