AT&T is hiring an Installation Technician in Youngstown, OH to install and activate high-speed broadband, wifi, and voice services at customers’ homes and small businesses. You will work independently, diagnose issues, and deliver best-in-class service in a dynamic, customer‑facing role.

You’ll handle safe lifting, ladder work, and occasional overtime while earning a competitive hourly wage. Training and career growth are provided, with comprehensive benefits and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Lift and move up to 60 lbs and work on ladders as needed.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Install and activate high‑speed broadband, wifi, and voice services at customer sites.
• Perform on-site installations, upgrades, and troubleshooting with minimal supervision.
• Provide courteous, professional service and ensure customer satisfaction.

OurInstallation Techniciansearn between$23.08 and $32.21 hourly.With our amazing wage opportunities, our average starting earnings begin at$47,996 per year. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.

You’ll work independently at our customer’s homes and businesses as a trusted expert, installing the latest technology for high-speed broadband, wifi network, and voice services. You’ll have the opportunity to meet new people every day while solving problems and being rewarded for doing great work. Whether you’re putting in a new line, climbing a ladder or simply plugging in and activating a wifi network, one thing is true, no two days will be the same.

Want to be considered? You’ll need to:

• Work a flexible schedule, including evenings andweekends.
• Possess a valid state driver’s license.
• Lift and move up-to 60 lbs – some of our ladders weigh 50-60 lbs
• Weigh less than 325lbs., required for ladder safety.
• At times work in smallspaces or aloft (up to 28 ft.)
• Be available for overtime, emergency callouts and holiday work.
• Identify wire and cable colors.
• Qualify on pre-employment assessments.
• Have a High School Diploma or GED
