AT&T in Indianapolis, Indiana is seeking an Installation Technician to install and activate the latest technology for high-speed broadband, Wi‑Fi, and voice services at customers' homes and businesses. You will work independently as a trusted expert, meeting new people daily while solving problems and delivering great service.
Typical hours are 40 per week with a schedule that includes evenings and weekends. A valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 60 lbs are required.

OurInstallation Techniciansearn between$24.20 and $32.21 hourly.With our amazing wage opportunities, our average starting earnings begin at$50,336per year. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.

What’s a typical day like? You’ll work independently at our customer’s homes and businesses as a trusted expert, installing the latest technology for high-speed broadband, Wi-Fi, and voice services. You’ll have the opportunity to meet new people every day while solving problems and being rewarded for doing great work. Whether you’re putting in a new line, climbing a ladder or simply plugging in and activating a wifi network, one thing is true, no two days will be the same.
Work a flexible schedule, including evenings andweekends.
Possess a valid state driver’slicense.
Lift and move up-to 60 lbs – some of our ladders weigh 50-60 lbs
Weigh less than 325lbs., required for laddersafety.
At times work in smallspaces or aloft (up to 28 ft.)
Be available for overtime, emergency callouts and holidaywork.
Identify wire and cablecolors.
Qualify on pre-employmentassessments.
Have a High School Diploma or GED
