Job summary

OTC Industrial Technologies is seeking an installation teammate to set up DirectAIR sites. You will read blueprints, collaborate with contractors, and install piping systems, air compressors, and related equipment.

Most work is Monday through Friday with travel up to 65–85%. A company-provided vehicle, overtime opportunities, and a chance to grow hands-on with industry-leading equipment are offered.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn on the job.
• Experience using tape measures, hand tools, and power tools is preferred.
• Ability to read drawings and schematics or willingness to learn.
• Willingness to travel 65–85% of the time.
• Ability to work overtime, including weekends when needed.
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Strong interpersonal and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Cut and install prefabricated wall and roof panels per drawings.

• Deliver top-notch customer service and professionalism to customers, vendors, and coworkers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

This position offers an hourly wage ranging from $25.00/hr. to $30.00/hr., depending on experience and qualifications

What You'll Do

As part of our installation team, you'll play a key role in setting up our DirectAIR® sites. Your responsibilities include:

• Installing piping systems, air compressors, and associated equipment.
• Mounting dampers, ductwork, and compressor accessories.
• Cutting and installing prefabricated wall and roof panels per drawings.
• Trimming openings, doors, and roofs.
• Installing condensate tubing systems.
• Finishing concrete floors and bases.
• Delivering top-notch customer service and professionalism to customers, vendors, and coworkers.
• Performing other duties as assigned.
