Job Title: Installation Technician at AT&T

You will be responsible for seamless installation and activation of advanced technology, helping customers connect to what matters most.

Salary and Benefits: Our technicians earn between $12.80 and $29.78 hourly, with an average starting annual salary of approximately $48,100. Benefits include medical, dental, vision coverage, 401(k), tuition reimbursement, paid time off, holidays, sick leave, parental leave, adoption reimbursement, disability benefits, life insurance, and employee discounts.

Daily Responsibilities: Work independently in customers' homes and businesses to install high-speed broadband, Wi-Fi, and voice services. Tasks include installing lines, climbing ladders, and activating networks, with each day presenting new challenges and opportunities to meet new people.

Qualifications:

• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
• Work in small spaces or at heights up to 28 ft.
• Availability for overtime, emergency calls, and holidays
• Ability to identify wire and cable colors
