Job summary

WASH Multifamily Laundry Systems seeks an Installation Supervisor to lead day-to-day installation operations with a focus on quality and customer service in the U.S. and Canada regions.

You will guide the installation team, collaborate with sales and other departments, and drive process improvements to meet company standards. Estimated Salary: $70,304 to $85,000 anually based on qualifications and experience. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, location, and responsibilities.

What you would do:

• Plan, assign, and oversee installation department’s workflow.
• Establish & maintain professional, supportive & enthusiastic relationships with WASH’s sales team.
• Review & report on installation department metrics: schedule of installation costs, production reports & installation lead times.
• Insure best-in-class quality standards via site visits, location inspections and customer meetings.
• Review & update standard operating procedures to insure efficiencies and professional customer service.
• Drive system enhancements to promote productivity and customer service.
• Collaborate with other department leaders to align procedures.
• Oversee installation department special projects.
• Conduct employee performance reviews.

What we are looking for:

• High school Diploma College College courses in business management, leadership and accounting helpful.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in installation and/ or Service, or equivalent mechanical/electrical outside experience.
• Have proven leadership abilities.
• Possess strong customer service skills: ability to professionally represent WASH to owners, managers & customers.
• Command excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Valid driver license required.
• Some travel required.
