INSTALLATION & SERVICE MANAGER (OPERATIONS LEADER)

The Opportunity

We are scaling‑quickly and we're looking for a High‑Level Operator to take full ownership of our installation and service division.

This is not a maintenance role. This is a Performance‑Driven Leadership Position where you are accountable for results.

We have strong demand and a consistent flow of jobs. What we need is someone who can execute, lead and optimize the field operation at a high level.

Base Salary: $70,000 - $90,000

• Crew productivity
• Customer satisfaction
• Gross Profit Protection (reduce costly mistakes)

High performers will be well above six figures.
