Refloor is seeking an Installation Coordinator to own daily installation operations, ensuring projects run smoothly and customers are thrilled. You will schedule, track, and manage progress while supporting on-site teams and handling payments to keep projects on time and within scope.

You will build strong relationships with customers and crews, translate technical details into clear communications, and adapt to changing priorities, contributing to Refloor's growth as a people-first flooring

Responsibilities

• Be the Connection: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and installation crews to ensure open communication and smooth project execution.
• Own the Project Flow: Manage the scheduling, tracking and daily progress of installed projects from start to finish.
• Support On-Site Teams: Assist installers on job sites by answering questions, resolving basic issues, and handling customer change requests.
• Process Payments: Collect final payments, update contracts when necessary, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Deliver Exceptional Service: Serve as a trusted point of contact, addressing customer concerns during and after installation.
• Jump In as Needed: Support the team with additional tasks to keep operations running efficiently.
